Every asset becomes an intelligent information object. Master data, contracts, condition values, and maintenance histories flow together in one central control center.
🤝
Seamless collaboration
Asset managers and asset service providers work together end to end in the role-based portal – from order, inspection, and feedback all the way to the acceptance record, documentation, and action history.
✅
Compliance & audit security
The logic of the ISO 55000 series is represented in a structured way and supports preparation for ISO 55001 certification.
Product highlights
From the asset register to active action management.
The control center connects data, documents, deadlines, risks, and operational tasks. This turns an inventory into a manageable asset management system.
Flexible asset register & structuring
A digital twin tailored to you:
Represent complex, multi-level hierarchies exactly to your requirements –
geographically by network area or functionally by facility, assembly, and component.
A complement to existing systems:
Existing IT systems remain the system of record – the extends them with dynamic functions such as document management, action management, deadline monitoring, workflows, evaluations, and management dashboards – on mobile as well.
Freely configurable data worlds: Store individual attributes per level: technical characteristics, condition, H2 suitability, CapEx/OpEx, residual value, CO₂ relevance, risk classes, and responsibilities.
Automated monitoring: Place seamless triggers on every critical date. The WatchDog monitors inspection dates, maintenance intervals, warranty periods, and contract terms.
Proactive escalation: Responsible roles are notified automatically; overdue tasks are visibly escalated, so organizational obligations are fulfilled in a traceable way.

Smart maintenance & action management
Flexible strategies: Supports time- and interval-based maintenance, condition-based maintenance, predictive approaches, as well as risk-based residual-operation and decommissioning strategies.
From condition to action: Generate workflows and actions directly from the asset – with dates, priorities, responsible parties, documents, and status history.
Integrated document management directly on the asset
Document control at the object: Technical plans, inspection reports, photos, warranty certificates, acceptance records, and audit evidence are stored directly with the relevant asset.
Active management: Documents are managed with versioning, validity, approval, follow-up, and history. This keeps it visible which record was valid, and when.

Mobile feedback directly on the asset
On-site capture: Technicians, inspectors, and service partners record status, photos, measurements, acceptances, and notes directly at the object – including timestamp, responsibility, and documentation.
Transparent action history: Every piece of feedback is linked to the asset and makes visible which action was carried out, when, and by whom.

Asset dashboard and management cockpit
A management view for decision-makers: Consolidate condition, criticality, open actions, inspection deadlines, risks, costs, and investment needs into clear dashboards.
From data to decisions: Management, departments, and service partners work from a shared information base – from the operational action to the strategic portfolio decision.

Strategic management · ISO 55001 readiness
From the asset register to a certifiable management system.
The factory was developed to support the requirements of ISO 55001, organizationally and technically. It forms the link between strategic corporate objectives and operational work in the field.
Strategic asset management plan
Digitize and monitor long-term asset strategies, target conditions, action programs, responsibilities, and review cycles directly in the system.
Management cockpit & dashboards
Real-time evaluations of age structure, investment backlog, open inspection rates, risk profiles, action status, and portfolio condition.
Continual improvement & management review
Derive improvements from incidents, audits, or reviews, and track their implementation in an audit-proof way with responsibility and history.
Practical examples
Assets are more than facilities: equipment, vehicles, and much more become manageable too.
Equipment is an asset too
Valuable machinery, special tools, measuring instruments, mobile test equipment, containers, pumps, backup generators, or construction-site equipment can be managed as standalone assets in the Asset Management Control Center. For every piece of equipment, location, responsible party, condition, availability, inspection obligations, maintenance history, documents, and usage history are stored.
This makes it visible which piece of equipment is being used where, when the next inspection is due, what costs are arising, and whether repair, replacement, or a new purchase makes sense.
Vehicles are assets too
Fleet vehicles, service vehicles, special vehicles, trailers, aerial work platforms, mobile workshops, or response vehicles can be managed as assets with technical, commercial, and organizational data. Maintenance, vehicle inspections, statutory safety checks, insurance, leasing, mileage, damage, equipment, and vehicle documents remain centrally available.
The control center connects fleet management with action management: dates are monitored, drivers or service managers are notified, inspection reports are documented, and costs, utilization, and availability are made transparent on the dashboard.
Manage network assets transparently
Line sections, regulating stations, transformer stations, or technical network nodes are managed with year of construction, material, condition, criticality, action history, and strategic relevance. The WatchDog secures regulatory inspection deadlines, while the cockpit makes technical and economic decision bases visible.
Operate critical technical assets
Cooling systems, technical building equipment, medical technology, or safety systems get maintenance contracts, fault histories, inspection records, condition data, and responsibilities directly on the asset. Upcoming actions are managed, documented, and stored in the history in an audit-ready way.
Modular factory architecture
The control center grows with your requirements.
Thanks to the modular factory architecture, the solution can be rolled out quickly, customized to the most important processes, and extended step by step. This first creates a productive for your core requirements – with a clear option for additional portal functions, workflows, dashboards, and specialist modules.
Control centers are technical systems for the online control of complex processes. They are used wherever many different pieces of information need to be continuously brought together, assessed, and translated into fast, well-founded decisions.
The Asset Management Control Center applies this principle to technical assets. It brings together master data, condition values, inspection obligations, documents, risks, actions, and responsibilities in one central digital workspace.
Mobile inspectors and service teams capture condition reports, photos, inspections, and maintenance results directly on site.
Operational systems, sensors, IoT devices, and technical control systems supply operating data, events, and measurements.
ERP, GIS, DMS, and specialist systems add commercial data, spatial information, documents, and histories.
Asset managers, service partners, and management see tasks, deadlines, risks, and priorities in role-based cockpits.
This turns the asset register into an active control center: the system recognizes when action is needed, triggers tasks, monitors deadlines, documents decisions, and makes the condition of the asset landscape transparent.
